As an expert in human rights and governance, she translates complex research into systemic change, leading high-impact programs and major grant initiatives, leading million-dollar portfolios to protect and empower civic space. From litigating pro bono cases for access to justice to leading a national human rights defence fund, Tsema’s work is driven by a commitment to inclusive governance and feminist leadership.
